The Executive Leadership Course is GE's premier personal and professional development experience for their most senior leaders. The 2012 EDC class will be journeying to Sub-Saharan Africa to study the power crisis in Tanzania and Nigeria. To better understand how limited access to power affects a population, they will be visiting with government officials, business owners, village leaders, and families in Tanzania and Nigeria. In exchange for their role in educating GE executives, they wanted to give back to these communities.

MyEvent.com developed a website and personal fundraising pages for the 23 top GE executives to be able to accomplish their goal of raising more than $200,000 for the Ng'iresi village in Tanzania.

On May17th, 2012 Symantec employees were on the streets of Montreal to raise awareness and funds for kids with cancer. Together they took on the role of real life superheroes to fight off the evil nemesis. Your support and donations are greatly appreciated by Symantec, our partners and those in need. All funds generated will support the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation.

On October 12th & 13th, 2011, Aeroplan employees came together to experience a glimpse of what life is like for homeless youth in an effort to raise awareness of the conditions in which they live. The event culminated with a sleep-out at the Bell Centre parking lot (from 11 p.m. - 8 a.m. the following morning).

Participants registered to get their own personal fundraising page on a website created for this event by MyEvent.com. More than $79,000 was generated by the participants and was donated to Dans la rue, an organization dedicated to supporting homeless youth in Montreal.

The world's largest charity scavenger hunt brings together hundreds of participants that take part in an Amazing Race styled scavenger hunt that takes the participants on a journey throughout the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire that they will never forget. Teams of 4 stop at local businesses while following a clue trail, completing mental and physical tasks, collecting objects and taking pictures in an effort to collect the most points. The teams that collect the most points will take home awards and cash prizes.

Jonathan Wener, the founder of Canderel has raised millions of dollars over the last 24 years by holding his Defi Canderel, a walk / run where he invited associates, colleagues and friends to come and participate in his event and raise money for Cancer research.

Affiliated with McGill University, Donald Berman Maimonides Geriatric Centre delivers a continuum of quality care to our aging population. The organization is having their 10th anniversary of their Battle of The Bands. 8 Bands compete over 2 nights with a famous artist from the past. This year it will be Robbie Krieger of the Doors.
