George was one of my best friends in high school. He sat next to me in Ag for two years, not sure how much we learned but we had many laughs. He and I took quite a few road trips together and created a lot of great and always funny memories. Rest in Peace my friend.

Asking for prayers for the family. After a long battle with covid ,heart problems and a stroke my dad held on as long as he could . He was called up to heaven this morning. I am sure going to miss him and I am proud to call you dad.

Just saw this sad news today. Danny was a great guy who loved his family, friends, God & country. He could quote lyrics of almost any song from 60's & 70's. Always loved hearing him sing. Rest Easy, Brother

Joyce Franklin (Bartosh)

Rose Ballesteros-True - March 22nd, 2022
I knew Joyce since South Park Jr. High. When I tried out for cheerleader Joyce was my mentor. She was sweet and very helpful. I remember one funny story that I'm sure Joyce would've "had a giggle" if she was to know about it later in life. It was time for the senior dinner sports banquet and I asked who was to be her "date" for the big event. She smiled and said, "Sammy Joe True Jr. !" I looked at her incredulously and asked, "you mean that nerd that always wins "Citizen of the Month and is pictured in the main locker hallway???" She exclaimed, "Yes! He's so sweet and very nice!" I just laughed and told her, "Joyce, You can do better!" Well, I can safely say that Joyce was an excellent judge of character. Years later I met Sammy True. Let me just say that we've been married now, over 42 years! LOL! Joyce, I was so glad when we connected years later on Facebook and renewed our friendship. Even though it had been many years since we had connected you had stayed the same sweet and giving person that you'd always been. It was such a sad day when you shared with me that you had been diagnosed with Cancer. You fought valiantly dear, but GOD saw fit for you to come back home to HIM. Even knowing you are in Heaven, I for one still miss the heck out of you. I know I'm not the only one who wishes you were still here and enjoying your family and friends. Joyce, dear one, it wasn't "good-bye" but rather, "till we meet again". Love you then and love you still...~~Rose B. True
