William David Schwarzer, III, 42, of Cedar Park, died Sunday, February 15, 1998.
Mr. Schwarzer, a native of Austin, was a member of the Episcopalian Church. He was a self employed real estate broker-owner of Schwarzer and Associates since 1977. He was a member of Delta Upsilon Fraternity, a former Jaycee, a former director of the Austin Mens Martini Foundation and president of the Ranch at Cypress Creek.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret S. Schwarzer of Cedar Park; step-daughters, Wendy Pippin of Dallas and Melissa Pippin of Austin; step-son, Aaron Pippin of Ottine, Texas; parents, William David and Rosemarie Schwarzer, II of Austin; three step-grandchildren, numerous sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Bill's ashes were buried on the Rock Farm, Thursday with The Reverend Malcolm Riker consecrating his final union to God.
