Comment: I went to Lida Hoe and Greiner with so many of you. After Graduation, I earned an Associate’s Degree from El Centro Jr College, then served 4-years in the U. S. Air Force. Graduated with BS Degree in Criminal Justice in 1981. Was married to an Army Pilot for 22-years and we have 2 sons. Worked for 30-years as an Army Civilian. Retired as an IT Manager/Information Assurance Security Officer in 2016. Lived in Hawaii and Germany; plus, traveled to numerous Countries. Was a licensed Foster Parent for 50 children through the years. Now, spoiling 3 grandchildren.

Comment: I married the most incredibly amazing lady that I first saw, sitting in the Library at Sunset, Nan Suggs. We have a daughter and a son who both have me beating my chest with pride, and three grandchildren (the last born on 7/29/2024) who have me on my knees thanking Him for His blessings!



After retiring, we sold our house in Grand Prairie and started Park Hosting (volunteering/work camping) at Texas State Parks in the East Texas area. During those years, my responsibilities were helping campers find their site, boat rentals, stock the Park Store, maintain the parks grounds and teach guests how to fish. Thanks to a former co-worker at the Sheriff's Dept (now working for Channel 5 in Ft. Worth) who saw my posts regarding this new lifestyle, Nan and I found ourselves in front of a camera (NERVE WRACKING!) for a news story about park hosting. All together we worked at five different TPWD parks and even a hatchery, met MANY new friends and was a great way to pay it forward. We also really enjoy volunteering at a local East Texas food pantry where we just learned we work with a fellow Bison from '70. It's truly a small world... ????????
