Richard B. Wollman, 70, of Fond du Lac, died on Friday, February 3, 2023, at Hospice Home of Hope. He was born on November 24, 1952, in Waukesha, Wisconsin, the son of Robert and LaVerne Abel Wollman. He was baptized at St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Tess Corners on December 21, 1952. Richard was a graduate of Muskego High School, Class of 1971. He received a Master Degree in Business Administration from U.W. Whitewater in 1976. Richard was a member of St. Peter’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Fond du Lac. He worked at Mercury Marine for 39 years in the Parts and Shipping Department. He enjoyed spending time with his family, model trains, farming equipment and going fishing. He is survived by his daughters: Julie (Benjamin) Benson of Reno, NV, Emily (Michael) Werner of Elk Mound, WI and Holly (Eric) Hartz of Monona, WI; nine grandchildren: Madeline, Zachary, Abigail, Nathan, Samuel, Gabriel, Logan, Olivia and Eowyn; and his sister Elayne Maas of Muskego. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Robert and brother-in-law Daniel Maas. VISITATION: The family will greet friends from 9:30 – 11:00 AM, on Friday, February 10, 2023, at St. Peter’s Ev. Lutheran Church, 1600 South Main Street, Fond du Lac. SERVICE: Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 10, 2023, at St. Peter’s Ev. Lutheran Church, with Rev. Fred Toppe officiating. Private burial will take place at St. Paul’s Cemetery in Tess Corners. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to St. Peter’s Ev. Lutheran Church.
