FLEMING, Erica, 33, of Mingo Junction, OH passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2013, at her home.

Erica was born on Nov. 27, 1979, in Steubenville, OH. She is the daughter of Teresa (David) Smalls of Alabama and the late Melvin Fleming.

Erica was a graduate of Steubenville High School and was pursuing a career to be a Juvenile Probation Officer at Jefferson Community College, Steubenville, OH.

In addition to her mother and step-father, Erica is survived by a daughter, Bryanna Meloon; a son, Brandon Fleming; and a brother, Daniel Fleming of Steubenville, OH.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, March 22, 2013, from 4 p.m. until time of Funeral Service at 6 p.m. at the James Funeral Home, 1245 Main Street, Follansbee, WV, (304) 527-1717, with Pastor Sam Davis, of Harmony United Methodist Church, Mingo Junction, officiating.

Charles “Chuckie” Johnson

Chuckie was a member of First Westminster Presbyterian Church, Big Red Boosters and Laborers Local 809. He was a 1998 Steubenville High School graduate. Chuckie was the most kind hearted and fun loving person. His family was the most important thing in his life as he was to his family. He was an incredible son, brother, nephew and the most amazing uncle to his "bff" niece Addy. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, cooking, Big Red football and having fun with his family and friends. Everything he met he considered a friend and never forgot a person. We know he is in Heaven and is an angel watching over all of us. Preceding Chuckie in death were his maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Jabby (Helen "Petey") Young and paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Bill (Josephine) Johnson. Surviving are his parents Charles "Bill" and Becky Young Johnson II of Steubenville, OH; sister Heather (Tom) Huff of Steubenville, OH; niece Addy Huff of Steubenville, OH; three aunts Brenda (James) Crockett of Steubenville, OH, Bonnie (Rick) Grimes of PA and Karen Johnson of Cleveland, OH; two uncles Brian (Joyce) Young of Steubenville, OH and Jabby (Janey) Young of Montana and many cousins.

SOLOMON Krystyna Marie Solomon "Kryssy", passed on Tuesday, January 8, 2008. In February 2003, Krystyna was baptized as a Jehovah's Witness. She offered gracious encouragement to those with whom she worshiped and faithfully served Jehovah until her death. Krystyna leaves behind her devoted and loving mother, Michele R. Solomon; her dedicated brothers, Kyle and Kas; her father, Kevin; and her spiritual sister, Nicole E. Baker. She also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Devon Turner

Devon Lisa-Ann Monica Turner was called home to be with family and friends on Monday, April 3, 2023.



Devon graduated from Steubenville “Big Red” High School. She was an avid “Big Red" football fan. She never missed a game. During her high school years, she was involved in student government activities, holding the title of Senior Class President, being an active member of Y-Teens and a member of the Steubenville High School Track Team.



On any given fall Sunday, you could hear Devon cheering for the Ohio Valley Football League teams Tigers and Broncos. She was a devoted and dedicated CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) who put her own well-being aside to provide the best possible care for her patients.



She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Ann Liza Turner; paternal grandfather Henry Turner; uncles William Tuner and John Henry Turner; and her father Johnny Edward Tuner.



She is survived by her children, James and Nina Turner, her Maternal Grandmother, Kathleen McCuen, her mother Naydine Frantz and her brother Jess Turner. She was a caring Aunt to Mykala Turner, Jesse Lee Turner and Jiovanni Turner, and a supportive cousin to Niyari and Natirah Turner.



She was also a special part of the lives of her Aunt, Lisa (Frantz) Wilkinson, Uncles, David Turner Marlon McCuen, Rick Wilkinson and Cousin Christopher Wilkinson along with Drey’lon Pree and numerous cousins, Aunts and Uncles.
