Dearest kind and insightful Felicia: It's at least 30 yrs yet, to me, if feels like yesterday since your unique, loving and independent spirit left us! I could secretly weep when I reflect on all we shared in school, in college, and post B.U., but I know that would make you unhappy. Can you recall all of our lively discussions concerning caste, socio-economics, women's rights, affairs of the heart, and of course, travel, dance, art and music? What about our annual early-'80s sojourns to the Newport Jazz Festival in Rhode Island where we basked in the fantastical sounds of Miles Davis, Stan Getz, Dizzy Gillespie, Ella Fitzgerald, David Sanborn, Flora Purim & Airto, and so many more? These are the golden, sun-drenched, joyful memories of you that live on in my heart. Thank you for all the love, the laughter, dear friend. You'll never know how much I truly miss you. In love, light and enduring sisterhood, Roberta p.s. I want to thank you (& your Mom Penny) for covering for me that I time in May '73 when I slipped out all night, on a school night, to hear Chicago at the Hynes Auditorium. That would've never gone over with 'rents Matt & Delia. St. Paul's Episcopal wasn't too shabby, though!
