RENSSELAER – Steven W. Kirsch, 60, of Rensselaer died Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at Albany Medical Center after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Steven was born in Albany, the son of William and Grace Kirsch. He was a wood floor contractor for Steve Kirsch Wood Floors. Steve loved hunting, fishing, golfing and was an avid fan of the Mets and Giants and college basketball, as well as spending time with his granddaughter, Colbie, who was the light of his life.
In addition to his parents, Steven is survived by his wife Page A.(Lohney) Kirsch; his children, Kyra (Christian Calle) Kirsch, Shane and Timothy (Celie) Kirsch; his siblings, twin sister Gayle (Ron) Dunvage, Amy (Bill) Weitzel ,Timothy (Sue) and Ned Kirsch. Steve was also the proud grandpa of Colbie Page Calle; and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funerral at 4 p.m. on Saturday, at the Wm. J. Rockefeller Funeral Home, 165 Columbia Tpke.
