Colleen Tully Conrad,29, Cherry Hill Drive, Town of Poughkeepsie, died Sunday at the Westchester County Medical Center, Valhalla, after a long illness.
Mrs. Conrad was a developmental specialist at the Wassaic Developmental Center for five years.
She previously lived in Watervliet (AlbanY0.
She was born in Hartford, Conn., Dec. 13, 1957, to James and Janice Gilbert Tully of Watervliet.
She was a graduate of Shaker High School, Colonie (Albany County), and earned a bachelor’s degree at Plattsburgh State College and a master’s in special education at the state university college at New Paltz.
Mrs. Conrad was married to Paul G. Conrad, who survives.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Conrad is also survived by two sisters, Laura M. Tully and Dawn M. Tully, both of Watervliet, and a brother, Corp. Michael J. Tully, U.S. Marine Corps, Camp Lejune, N.C.
Calling hours are tonight from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Cummings Funeral Home, 643 Third Ave., Watervliet.
The funeral will be Thursday at 10:15 a.m. and continue at St. Matthew’s Church, Latham (Albany County), at 11 a.m.
Burial will be in East Dorset, Vt.
Memorial donations may be made to the Dutchess County Unit of the American Cancer Society, Hope Lodge, Vassar Brothers Hospital, Reade Place, Poughkeepsie, N.Y. 12601.
