"Mike" 1/16/1951 - 3/1/2022 Allegan Mike had a master's degree and taught remedial education at the Allegan County Jail and then taught at the alternative high school in Allegan. He is survived by his mother, June Waber; twin sisters, Judy White, and Janet (Cameron) Perkins; nieces and nephews, Stacey Martin, Pete (Shannon) Martin, Sean (Lindsay) Perkins; great niece and nephew, Kalynn and Jake Martin, of whom he was so fond.

Myrle R. (Tingstad) Blim, 84, Overland Park, KS, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 from
complications of cardiopulmonary disease. Born in Virginia, Minnesota, on June 25, 1927 to Clifford and Jessie (Beatty) Tingstad, she grew up in Cook, Minnesota, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she
graduated high school as an honor student and later worked for the local school board. Shortly after she moved to Kansas City, Missouri, to become an airline hostess for Mid-Continent Airlines, she met a KU medical school student at a party, and the two became Dr. and Mrs. R. James Edward Tingstad

Jim Tingstad was the son of Jessie Beatty Tingstad and Clifford H. Tingstad. He is survived by his brother, Jerry Tingstad (Arja). His sister, Myrle Tingstad Blim, passed away just three hours before him.
Jim had three children. His son, James Michael, passed away March 1, 2022. He is survived by his twin daughters, Judy White and Janet Perkins (Cameron).
