Soon after coming on board at Unbridled Travel in July of 2022, I met Jen Kamins during a trip to San Diego. It was shortly after that, during new-hire orientation, that I learned of the tragic loss of her son Cash and the creation of Love Hard in his honor. 

Just a few short months later, in March of 2023, a similar tragedy struck closer to home as my girlfriend, Annie Blevins, and her family suffered the tragic loss of her 2-year old baby cousin, Russell Belcher. Russell lived life with the biggest smile on his face and a personality as "big as the sun" as his older sister Aubrey has expressed with the eloquent naiveté that only a 5-year old possesses. 

So, in honor of Russell, we're going to run and (I hope) raise some money along the way to help support families going through similar tragedies.
