Convention Information

The convention will be held at the Best Western Plus University Inn, 1516 Pullman Road in Moscow. (208)882-0550
REGISTRATION
Registration is online at www.myevent.com/PEO2025. Every person staying at the hotel must register. See Tickets on the Registration page for more informaiton. Breakfast is included in the cost of the room.
Idaho State Chapter Executive Board Members
- Your registration includes a convention program, private room and all 3 convention meals.
- Register your BIL/guest and pay for their meals using the appropriate tickets.
Chapter Delegates, Past Presidents of ISC, and Committee Chairs
- Your registration includes a convention program, semi-private room for 2 nights and all 3 convention meals.
- Committee chairs are not assessed the $75 registration fee, so your fee is less by this amount.
- The default room is a semi-private room for 2 people, with your choice of 1 King or 2 Queen beds. Your roommate must register individually using the appropriate ticket choice.
- You may upgrade to a private room if you wish.
- Your chapter should pay for your travel expenses and registrations fees.
Visitors
- Online registration is free, and required if you will be staying at the hotel or volunteering. You do not need to register if you are only buying meal tickets and are not staying at the hotel.
- Visitors may purchase tickets for housing and meals via the registration process.
- Meal tickets will be distributed at the convention check-in location on Friday and 30 minutes prior to each meal.
- Only P.E.O.s are entitled to attend convention sessions.
50 Year Members
- Your chapter should pay for you to attend the luncheon. You should pay for your invited guests.
- You may purchase tickets for housing and meals via the registration process.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Convention check-in will take place on Friday, May 16, from 11:00am - 5:00pm. All P.E.O. sisters should be prepared to show their current P.E.O. membership card.
Room check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Check with the hotel when you arrive regarding early check-in and/or luggage storage.
Check-out is at 11:00 am.
CHAPTER DELEGATE INFORMATION
Be sure to bring:
- Chapter tote bag, pen/pencil, notebook
- Current membership card and your P.E.O. emblem
- Seven copies of your Chapter Yearbook in a Zip-lock bag
- Your Travel Equalization statement if you are due to receive funds
You are REQUIRED to attend:
- Workshops on Friday afternoon (open to all P.E.O.s)
- Orientation on Saturday morning (open to all P.E.O.s)
MEAL DETAILS
These are the meals that will be served during convention. If you have any special dietary requests, please note in the comments on your registration or meal ticket.
Saturday & Sunday breakfast:
- A breakfast buffet is included in the cost of your room.
Friday dinner:
- Choice of:
- Tiger Prawn Scampi - Prawns sautéed with onions, garlic, capers & tomatoes in a white wine-lemon butter sauce. Served over angel hair pasta with a side of seasonal vegetables & garlic crostini.
- Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin – Topped with caramelized onions & mushrooms and finished with a rich cabernet demi-glace. Served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables.
- Portobello Napoleon (GF) – Portobello mushrooms stacked with wilted spinach, grilled eggplant, roasted bell peppers & rich goat cheese with red pepper coulis over polenta.
- Mixed green salad w/ranch or vinaigrette, rolls & butter
- Lemon Leche Cake
- Coffee, tea, ice water
Saturday lunch:
- Caprese Salad (GF) – Mixed greens topped with fresh mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, fresh basil and grilled chicken.
- Vegetarian option without chicken - please specify on your ticket
- Dressing served on the side.
- Rolls & butter
- Chocolate Mousse (GF)
- Coffee, tea, ice water
Saturday dinner:
- Choice of:
- Slow Roasted Prime Rib (GF) – Served with creamy horseradish & au jus.
- Chicken Coeur d’Alene (GF) – French-cut chicken breast, stuffed with St. Maries wild rice pilaf mixed with dried craisins & toasted walnuts, oven roasted & finished with a huckleberry demi-glace.
- Planked Salmon Oscar (GF) – Pacific salmon roasted on a cedar plank, topped with deep sea red crab meat, asparagus tips & hollandaise sauce.

Gnocchi Stuffed Bell Peppers - Potato dumplings with a house chardonnay cream sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella & Parmesan cheeses, baked inside a bell pepper.
- Rosemary red potatoes, seasonal vegetables.
- Mixed green salad w/ranch or vinaigrette, rolls & butter
- Tiramisu
- Coffee, tea, ice water
