Graduated from University of South Florida (Tampa) with double major in elementary ed and special. Got married a week after and got jobs teaching in bush Alaska. Thought I could be a commercial fisherman in Washington, only to return to Alaska three years later to pay off the debt I accrued. I moved to Corvallis, Oregon to get a masters in Counseling and raise a family for 15 years. Got divorced and moved to Arizona to work with Indian tribes in both rural and urban settings. Moved to California to work in the San Francisco Bay Area as a school counselor. Got post grad training as a behavior analyst and worked in both agency and school settings. I retired in 2022 and work part time with adults with severe disabilities in Enhance Behavior Homes. Currently whitewater kayaking and photography are my passions.
