Janie James Janie Sue James, 47, of 1004 Omaha Road, Bellefontaine, Ohio, died Friday, Sept. 29, 2000, at 3 p.m. in her residence. . . She was born on May 26, 1953, in» Urban*, to Wilbur and Peggy '(Kalb) Wray. • She was employed by Ohio HiPoint JVS from 1976 to 1986, T.P.' .Lanes from 1989 to. 1991 and currrently was the director of Logan County* Litter Prevention and Recycling. She is survived by her husband, John H. James, whom she married on Nov. 30, 1985, of Bellefontaine; parents, Wilbur (Helen) Wray, of 'Urbana; brother, Gary Wray, of Urbana; nieces. Amy (Jerome) .Armstrong, of Galloway, and Katie Wray, of San Diego, Calif.; close friend. Deb Schroeder, of Belle Center, Ohio; stepbrothers, Dennis (Marcella) Crego, of Urbana, David (Candi) Crego, of South Carolina, Daniel (Tina) Crego, of Tipp City, "Ohio; stepsisters, Sheryl (Karl) •Zerkle, of St. Pans, Ohio, Jean (Steve) Strickland, of Urbana, Teresa (Keith) Wall, of Bellefontaine, Kathy Rivea, of Piqua, Maxcia (Bobby) Cole, of Springfield, and Rose (Earl) Arakaus, of Hawaii. She was preceded in death by .her mother, Peggy Wray, in 1991. She was a member of VFW •Lodge 5451 of Urbana and was inducted into0 the Bellefontaine Bowling Assn. Hall of Fame in 1997. , The family will receive friends from 5'to 8 p.m. Monday in the WALTER-SCHOEDINGER FUNERAL HOME, 642 S. Main St, Urbana, Ohio, where the funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, with Rev. Larry Czerniak officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, West Liberty.
