VAWSMRA 2025 State Rally

2025 Virginia Widows Sons MRA State Rally is once again returning to the beautiful mountains of Southwest Virginia! Based in Tazewell County in the fairgrounds, this event is sure to meet the riding enjoyment of all our Brothers and Sisters around. This year we are repeating the Saturday night main dinner event of the Low Country Boil! Both Friday and Saturday nights meals are included with registration. On Saturday night, shortly after sunset the men's Branding Ceremony will kick off in the barn! Make sure you tell you conductor and Brothers that you Want Your Money's Worth!! After this ladies can participate in the Trail of Thorns and registration for that must be in advance. 

If you have dietary needs please make sure to email the coordinator for accomodations.

Camping information will be forthcoming in the near future

 

Rally Registration - $65.00

This gets you inside the Fairgrounds for all the fun and fellowship you can stand! And also includes your dinner for Friday and Saturday Evening!

Full Hook-up RV spots - $55.00

There are only 12 full hook-up spots up top. If you only need water/electric then the less expensive spots will better suit you. This fee covers the whole event. PLEASE BRING ADAPTERS FOR POWER. If tent camping then no fees required. Stan "Big Show" Hubbard is coordinating camping this year. Any questions go to him.

Water & Electric ONLY Camper. - $30.00

These spots are in the infield and you need to bring enough cord and hoses to make a connection. There are about ten hook-up sites on the lower road that is farther away from the festivities and a bit of a walk to the main building. These spots are available for the same price as water/electric spots too.

Cot in Climate controlled building w/ bedding (Bring Own Pillow) - $30.00

This will be a folding cot in a climate controlled building in a large open room with multiple people sleeping on cots. Has shower and bathroom access.This is for Friday and Saturday night with any additional being by donation. COTS will be broken down Sunday Morning!

Trail Of Thorns Ceremony (LADIES ONLY) - $15.00

This is an amazing opportunity for our lady WS to bond as a tighter group and enjoy fellowship and fun with just the ladies! Each participant will receive the limited Ladies Pin.

Poker Run (this is an "At you Leisure Run") completed throughout the weekend. - $15.00

This is a unique way of doing one and it seems to work for us! (Yeah, we stole the idea!) You get your poker card at registration desk and head out on your own, at your own pace with a group of Brothers or just on your own!
