Robert E. Dougherty, Jr., 59 of Northampton, died on Sunday, March 6, 2016, at his home. Born August 29, 1956 in Allentown, he was the son of the late Robert E. Dougherty, Sr. and Marlene F. "Dolly" Dougherty.
