Richard E. Keppel, 69, of N. Croton Avenue, New Castle, PA died Sunday, May 12, 2024, at UPMC Jameson Hospital. Mr. Keppel was born in Allentown, PA, on February 11, 1955. Richard grew up in Coplay and was a 1974 graduate of Whitehall High School.
