From Steve's Brother:

Steve struggled for many years with his mental health issues. Unfortunately he decided that he’d had enough and ended his life.
It’s hard as hell to try to put this into words so I will do the best I can.
Steve was a brother, son, grandson, cousin, uncle, and friend. He was always willing to lend a hand to help with anything. He was smart and handy and could fix, (or rig) anything to work again. He loved his family and would do anything for them. He loves his nephew Joseph and it’s really hard to tell him that his uncle Steve is no longer with us.
When I was just a little shit, Steve and my oldest brother Jake would do anything to look after, protect, and teach me things I should know to make it through life. They meant the world to me and still do. What I wouldn’t give to go back 35 years to indulge in that wisdom again.
And shooting pigeons in the barn with a BB gun. Or burying GI Joes in the driveway. Looking at my dads Easyriders magazines. Playing HeMan with me. Getting muddy in the plowed field catching tadpoles in the pooled rainwater. Building forts. Going to lake Big too Much with grandma and grandpa. The list goes on.
As of now, we’re not sure when and where any services will be. When we decide I will be sure to let it be known.
I love you Steve, I always have and always will.
