Jessica Lynn Geer, 20, of Buffalo died Saturday, September 28, 1996. She was born on September 5, 1976 the daughter of Larry D. & Joyce M. Miller Geer. Jessica was baptized on November 21, 1976. She also was instructed in Lutheran Catechism and confirmed in the Christian faith at Zion Lutheran Church on September 27, 1992. Jessica was a 1995 graduate of Buffalo Senior High School. While in high school she participated in basketball, softball, and volleyball. Jessica was currently a student at North Hennepin Community College. She was also a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Buffalo. Survivors. Parents. Larry & Joyce Geer of Buffalo, sister, Jamie E. Geer at home, Grandmother, Signe Miller of Thief River Falls. Further survived by aunts, uncles and many cousins. Jessica was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents June A. & Clifford J. Geer and by her maternal grandfather Morris Miller. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, October 1, at 7pm at Zion Lutheran Church in Buffalo. Pastor John P. Folkerds officiated. The service’s organist was Marlene Wolff, Lindsay Mattson was the soloist.
