Amy Rassen (Greenfield)

Marital status: Married

Occupation: Consultant
Comment: Life has been good - much better than I expected. Josh and I married right after college and went into VISTA to avoid the draft. He subsequently became a physician, with a practice in internal medicine and a speciality in geriatrics. I became a social worker, focused mostly in my now 40+ years of practice in management. I oversaw programs, initiatives, funding, personnel, etc. at the 5 county Bay Area Jewish Family and Children's Services for 28 years and then moved on to start organizations, fix others, etc. as a consultant. Our children were born in 1973 and 1977. Both went back "home" to Harvard; both are healthy, happy, good people. Our son and his husband gave us twins 4 years ago. What more could we ask for? (Probably somethimg, but...)

Joshua Rassen

Marital status: Married
Children: 2
Occupation: physician
Comment: My classmate, and wife, Amy Greenfield Rassen summarized our life since BHS in her comment. We had a taste of California when we first came to Los Angeles in 1968 spending a year in VISTA (now Americorp). We returned four years later and stayed, living and working in San Francisco. But a part of us has remained in Brookline, with family, friends, and shared memories of our youth. We enjoy visiting, especially with the option to pick the season.
