Anne M. DeVries
Anne Marie DeVries (nee Babin), age 63, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, January 11, 2021, following a long illness. Anne was preceded in death by her daughter, Kelly. She is survived by her long-time husband, Steven DeVries; son, Mathew DeVries; brothers, Mark (Diane) Babin and Daniel Patrick (Susan) Babin; sister, Sharon Byrnes; as well as nine nieces and nephews and their fourteen children. She will be interred at Woodlawn Cemetery next to her parents and precious daughter and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Anne was one of the first girls my age I met when I moved to Grand Rapids. We talked and laughed a lot sitting on her front porch. We also enjoyed playing her player piano in the garage and taking walks to the Ottawa Hills baseball field. Fun memories!
