Weekend Schedule of Events
Friday October 7 - Conestoga Home Football Game:
Saturday, October 8th - CHS Tour @ 11 AM: See the amazing new additions at CHS. Meet on the lobby steps. Look for Trish Eagan and Reunion Sign. Some walking and stairs are involved. About two hours duration. (For those who wish to carpool to the event – please meet at 10:30 at the entrance to the Desmond Hotel). Dr. Richard Gusick, Superintendent of TESD will be our guide.
Saturday Evening, October 8 – Meet at the “The Grove” from 6:00 pm: Across the street from the Desmond @ 10 Liberty Blvd is a small shopping center that hosts a number of restaurants, delis and Splitting Edge Axe Throwing. The Grove also has a large “common area” between the various restaurants, where we can gather to eat, drink, or just talk. Please take the time to peruse the website and think about having dinner at one of the restaurants or joining us after dinner for some drinks and discussion! (https://thegrovemalvern.com/) Many of us will be at the Sly Fox at 6:30. Please join us for a drink or join us in the common area outside of the Sly Fox. An invitation has gone out to TESD faculty from the 1970’s and we are excited to greet those teachers who taught us!
Sunday, October 9th - Valley Forge Park Tour from 11 AM-1 PM.
This is a car caravan tour with stops along the way. Leaves from the Valley Forge Middle School parking lot at 105 W Walker Road, Wayne PA 19087. Look for Trish Eagan and Reunion Sign. No fee is required for this tour. (For those who wish to carpool to the event – please meet at 10:30 at the entrance to the Desmond Hotel)
