DWYER, KAREN M., of Tampa, FL and formerly of Binghamton, NY, passed away September 21, 2017 after a brief illness. She was born in Germany on November 8, 1957. Karen moved to Tampa, FL from Binghamton, NY in 1983. She is preceded in death by her parents, Margaret (Peg) M. Dwyer and Charles (Chuck) F. Dwyer. She is survived by her siblings, Mark C. Dwyer (Torrance, CA); Margaret A. Dwyer (Binghamton, NY) and Loretta M. Macgargle (Vestal, NY); and her Niece: Margaret M. Macgargle (Vestal, NY). Karen enjoyed the company of friends and family, good food and cocktails. She obtained her scuba license and went sky diving. She also was a Tampa Bucs fan. Karen touched more lives that she realized and will be missed by many.
