Phil Fox III, 58, passed away unexpectedly in the company of his loving partner Maria Colapietro on Saturday, May 30, 2015. He was predeceased by his father, Phil Fox Jr. He is survived by his mother, Jeanne Fox George of Endwell; daughter, Kerri Fox (Andrew Bennedum) of Binghamton; son, Jim (Ashley) Fox Apalachin; granddaughter, Emma Fox; sister, Maureen (Bob) Sherwood of Cary, NC. His extended family, Vince (Marlene) Colapietro, Vince Jr. (Kristen) Colapietro all of Endwell, Teresa (Todd) Hoover of Geneva. Phil's passions included umpiring, riding bicycles, and motorcycles. He was an active member of Church of the Holy Family. Phil graduated from Maine-Endwell High School, then went on to obtain a Business Degree from St. John Fisher. Phil was a longtime Manager at Penguin Publishing.
