ROCKY MOUNT - Rhonda Nannette Harvey, age 58, passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2016. Born in Broome County, NY on September 18, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Ronald Moulton Harvey and Polly Marano Harvey. Rhonda leaves behind to cherish her memory, her brothers, Ricky Harvey of Endicott, NY; Mark Harvey and wife, Kirsty, of Brisbane, Australia; Tom Harvey of Spring Hill, FL; and Kriss Harvey of Los Angeles, CA.
