Michelle A. Sotak, 45, of Endwell, died at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Monday, December 16, 2002. She was predeceased by her mother, Bernice; and a brother, Bruce. She is survived by her father, Michael Sotak, Endwell; one sister, Lynne Sotak Simmons, Endicott; brother-in-law, William; also several nieces, Jessica, Stephanie and Samantha Simmons, Chrissy, Shelly and Terry Sotak; cousins, aunts and uncles.
