Our beloved Joanne Zemberi just passed away peacefully at hospice, after we had the chance to say goodbye to her in person yesterday. I cannot express how grateful we are to have had Joanne in our lives - we could not have managed without her, and the enormous impact she had on our kids and our family will endure in so many ways. When we first met her in 2007, we felt as if a real-life Mary Poppins had floated down from the sky, and her memory will forever be a blessing.
