Brad and I knew each other in grade school and college more than we did in high school. Brad's Mother used to take us to the library at least once a week in the summer and we were voracious readers doing about one book a day. We both went to the South Dakota School of Mines and Brad was in the same dorm as freshmen. Brad had an odd roommate so I found him another roomie who was more like him and he ended up being across the hall from me. He was a very bright and extremely sweet person who almost always had a smile on his face!
