This stage , formally known as The Colonie Coliseum & later known as Starlight Music Theater witnessed our last official time together before we embarked on life’s journey. We wished one another well , perhaps not realizing in the moment what was in store for us or that this was the last time we saw one another . This Columbus Day weekend 2025 , we have the opportunity to see one another again after 5 decades. A lot has happened since then. Everyone has a story to tell. No matter what Shaker meant to you, we share a common history. We hope you decide to make it . There’s more than a few of us who hope you do .

The summer after Shaker graduation, We all headed up to Moffat Beach & Speculator, NY and spent a good deal of the summer camping , slalom water skiing & enjoying a moment in the sun before heading off on life's journey - Pete went into the army, Joe and I worked at Albany Public Markets while going to College. We all eventually chose different career paths & still stay in touch to this day.

When my daughter was a senior in high school, her band was invited to perform at Carnegie Hall. My daughter even had clarinet solos that evening. Family and friends gathered from all over the country for Julie’s Carnegie Hall debut. (I’m a very proud mom!)
We met Norma Ronson Koppel for lunch that day, and she helped select flowers to give Julie after her performance.
