| Comment: I have been happily married for 12 years to Larry Murov, a drummer and percussionist with a day job of bookkeeping for several businesses in the Nashville area. We have no kids, but two very spoiled cats. We live in the country, about 30 miles north of Nashville, TN in a little white farmhouse with a red tin roof on 3 acres of trees, flowers & lots of weeds! Our area is seeing rapid development, which reminds me a lot of Schaumburg in the 1960's, but for the moment, it still has a rural feel. I work as the Administrative Director and co-owner of Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies, a school of holistic, therapeutic massage and bodywork in Brentwood, TN, and I also have a bodywork practice specializing in Acupressure, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Integrative Massage and energy modalities for treatment of chronic pain and injury. My hobbies are landscape painting, gardening, writing, and spiritual journies of discovery I take with Larry to interesting places learning from fascinating teachers. I have retired from music, although I took vocal classes at the Nashville Jazz workshop a couple years ago, and came to the conclusion I am too lazy & too busy to work hard enough to get my chops back to what I would consider acceptable. My mom is still going strong, surrounded by friends, living outside of Louisville, KY. Cecily lives about an hour away from me on nine acres with a menagerie of horses, dogs and cats. She also does massage & bodywork, & still writes, sings and plays music as a hobby. Rob lives in Los Alamos, NM with his wife, Sharon. They both work at Los Alamos Natl Lab. Rob's son, Andrew is about to start college. |
