Ryan Peterson

Ryan Peterson co-anchors 'News 10 ABC in the Morning' with Christina Arangio from 5-7 a.m. on WTEN, and 'News 10 ABC in the Morning on FOX 23' from 7-9 a.m.

Ryan is dancing for the Albany Chapter of the Huntington's Disease Society of America. If you're not familiar with Huntington's, simply put, it's a brain disease that is passed down in families from generation to generation. Every child of a parent with HD has a 50/50 chance of inheriting it. It's like having ALS, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s...simultaneously. There is no cure.

Ryan lost his aunt Dolly to the disease in 2015, and her daughters, Ryan's cousins, are both positive for it.

Ryan wants to thank you all for being here, and hopes the night is a big success!
