Melissa Bazley, 62, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2022, in Winterset, Iowa. Services and a celebration of life will be held at a later time in Blue Springs, Missouri.
Melissa was born October 24, 1959, in Des Moines, IA, to Max and Doris (Rimel) Knauer. She married Raymond Bazley in December, 2000.
Melissa shared her passion of repurposing vintage and antique treasures through their Etsy shop, RayMels. Peter Kozo, 22, of 630 Marlou Pkwy., died of injuries suffered in an automobile accident Sept. 3 outside of London, England, where he was stationed with the U.S. Air Force.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Southtown Funeral Home. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery.
Airman 1st Class Peter Kozo was born in Des Moines.
Survivors include his parents, Tibor and Elizabeth Kozo of Des Moines.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 10 a.m. Friday.

Jerri Marie left this life on April 13, 2008 at her home in Des Moines. A visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 19, at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home.

Jerri was born August 20, 1960 to Gerald and Edith Kutchen in Des Moines. She was a lifelong resident of Des Moines living on the southside for many years. She worked as an attorney for the State of Iowa in the revenue and finance department. She loved swimming, picnics and going to the lake, but most of all spending time with her kids and her animals.

Richard Paul Lawler, the son of Richard and Donna (Engle) Lawler was born July 24, 1960 in Des Moines, Iowa. He passed away on March 16, 2021 at Jennie Edmundson Hospital, Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Ricky is survived by a sister, Lorena Robbins of Runnells, Iowa; other relatives and a host of friends.

Memorial Gathering will be held Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at the Eagles Lodge, Red Oak, Iowa

Services for Roger Glen Montgomery, 19, of 3812 S.W. Thirty-second St. will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Park Avenue Christian Church, with burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Montgomery was overcome by carbon monoxide fumes Sunday in the garage at his home. Assistant Polk County Medical Examiner Dr. Dale Grunewald has tentatively ruled the death accidental.
Mr. Montgomery was born in Des Moines and also lived in Marion. A 1978 graduate of Lincoln High School, he was a salesman for Baker Shoes and a member of Park Avenue

Pauline was born May 24, 1960 in Des Moines to Paul and Evelyn Nicoletto. She graduated from Lincoln High School and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Upper Iowa University. Pauline worked in the travel industry a majority of her career which fed her passion for traveling. She enjoyed hosting parties for her family and friends with the perfect décor and food. Paul (Steve) Pittman, Jr., 60, passed away from diabetes complications on August 18, 2020, surrounded by family. Steve was born on June 7, 1960, in Des Moines, Iowa to Paul and Marcia Pittman. He was a lifelong resident of Des Moines. He is survived by his brother Todd, Des Moines, sisters Shawn and Shelley, Minneapolis, and his twin nephews Taylor, New York, and Tanner, Pittsburgh.

Steve had an independent spirit and loved nothing more than getting out on the open road on his motorcycle! It was on the road where he felt free and one with the world. He also loved classic rock and roll, a good steak and cars, especially Cadillacs!

A memorial Mass for Tammy D. Randleman, 25, of Cypress, formerly of Des Moines, who died May 9 at home will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Ambrose Cathedral. The body will be cremated.
Cause of death is unknown pending the results of an autopsy. No foul play is suspected, officials said.
Miss Randleman was born in Des Moines, where she lived most of her life before moving to California seven years ago. She was an oral surgeon assistant in Los Alamitos, Calif.
