Tell us what you have been up to? Share!: Hello all dear sisters! I retired in 2017 and continue to substitute teach at my former school. I have 3 rescue dogs and 1 cat, whom I love caring for. I volunteer at a non-profit donation store that supports 2 no kill shelters in Cincinnati. Our children live in Columbus, Atlanta and Chicago. We look forward to traveling more in the future. After my career in NYC and NJ I am now retired and living in Savannah, Georgia and look forward to being on campus for the reunion.

Tell us what you have been up to? Share!: Hi! I’m happily married to Michael, and have two amazing kids: Caleb, 12, and Julia, 8. I worked as a special education teacher for seven years. While I loved supporting my students, I decided to pursue a career that offered a better work-life balance and joined the corporate world as a recruiter. We live in Lancaster in a charming home built in the late 1800s, nestled on 3.25 acres of land. As a family, we enjoy four-wheeling, spending quality time together, chasing our playful pit bull around the pond, and attending church.

Kathryn Fell (Ware)

Graduation year: 1971
Tell us what you have been up to? Share!: Since graduating from Ashland College, I taught high school home economics in Ohio and foods and nutrition at Adrian College in Michigan. Along the way, I earned a Masters Degree in Education and a Ph. D. in Higher Education, and worked with both academic and public libraries. In 2017, I officially retired after 22 years with Toledo-Lucas County Public, where I provided leadership for the fundraising initiatives, special events, and community engagement. One of the most memorable occasions was planning a fundraiser to benefit an early literacy program featuring celebrity chef and author Jacques Pepin. I've been involved with numerous community organzations and have served on a number of boards. I'm now beginning a new chapter as I recently ended a 35-year marriage with husband #2 (yes, it WAS a mess!), but I have a marvelous daughter in St. Louis and 3 adorable grandchildren! Life is good!

Tell us what you have been up to? Share!: Since leaving Ashland I had three children, and helped raise two more children with my spouse. I am a Special Needs Parent Mentor. I assist families with children with disabilities navigate the Special Education process.
