I remember having the pleasure of being in the NE Jr High band with Mike, he was one of the Mr Jensen favorites elected to play the Tuba along with Dan McMurchie, Dave Krepis, Bob Maile, Jerry Uchanski, and Jay Johnson. What a group of musicians!

Michael was in the US Navy stationed on a nuclear submarine in drydock at Pearl Harbor.  He drowned in Hawaii on 9/11/82.He is buried next to our sister Lisa McCabe-Day (1975 graduate) who died in a car accident on 4/27/82.
