Greg received a scholarship and was one of the first students at Colorado Mountain College. He worked for the Union Pacific railroad as a draftsman and went on to work for the City of Fruita. He married Julia Carrigan, had two children and was divorced. He was 58 years old when he died peacefully at the Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Colorado following a long illness. He had three grandchildren and enjoyed oil painting and woodworking. His children said he was loved very much and will be greatly missed.

Chris died in a car accident in the area of South Canyon shortly after graduation.

With love and a heavy heart we announce the passing of Judith Lee Wise. Judi passed away due to complications from a fall, with her loved ones by her side.

Judi was born in Glenwood Springs, CO. She was the third of five children born to Lee and Peggy Mestas. Judi graduated from Glenwood Springs High School in 1970. She was soon married to Smiley Wise and had three children whom she raised on a ranch near Carbondale CO. Judi raised her family with love, quick wit and a wooden spoon. Clarke Rand

Clarke passed away of a heart attack, April 11, 1988 in Fort Collins, Colorado. Clarke married Keddie Burrows in February of 1971. He was seriously injured in a car accident outside of Carbondale in the summer of 1971. He suffered significant injuries that took a toll on his health from which he never really recovered. It was those health issues that put a strain on his heart resulting in a heart attack.
Clarke is survived by his children, Jason Clarke Rand and Tonya Joy Bernardy. He also has 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Clarke's father was involved in his children and grandchildren's lives until his death in 2018. He is also survived by his sister, Stephanie Rand . View Memorial and Tributes

Mark Scarrow

Mark attended Mesa College, Western State and Fort Lewis College. He married Jody Bedford in 1973. Mark worked for Mid Continent Coke and Coal Company and owned a guide service, Indian Springs Outfitters. He had previously worked for his father as a surveyor.

Mark died at age 28 on a Friday night in an auto accident on Four Mile Road.

Tim passed away on December 10th at his home in New Castle, Colorado. Tim was born on February 29, 1952 to Bob and Bea Schif in Colorado Springs. Tim was raised in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, he was a true outdoorsman and loved to hunt, fish, camp, jeep, boat, and ride motorcycles. He was a true friend to many in the Roaring Fork Valley. You always saw him with one of his dogs. Tim’s ashes will be placed in the mountains and desert that he so loved.

Mary was born in Kremmling, Colorado on April 11, 1952. She was the oldest of four children.
She was returning to Bethany College in Lindsborg, KS following Christmas break when the accident happened. Bethany is a Lutheran based college. Mary was studying to be a teacher and she enjoyed sewing and homecrafts, as well as learning. Her favorite subject was math. Not a big party-girl, she enjoyed her friends and always had a smile on her face and a kind word for others.

Ron Wagner

Ron served in the US Navy in Viet Nam. He died in a motorcycle accident but we are not sure where he was when the accident took place.
