Survived by wife Lori; sons, Nathan, and Aidan; daughter Angie Chudzik; mother Rosemary Nichols; siblings, Joe (Rose), Anne McQuillan (Mike), Charles (Sue), Larry, Bill (Sue), Meg Mindrup (Joe), and Matt; grandchildren, Jake, Ashley, and Christian; many nieces and nephews.
