Debra was the oldest daughter of Constance (Williams) Daniels. And the granddaughter of Clifton (and Ethel) Williams. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She had 4 kids: Keith, Roxanne, Rosalyn and Paul. She also had 12 grandkids and 10 great grand kids. She was on the reunion planning committee all three times it was held in Arizona.
