He passed away on Father’s Day, June 21, 2020 at the age of 66. Dave was the second child of four children, and Bud and Ginny finally settled in Loveland, Colorado where Dave graduated from Loveland High School and the University of Northern Colorado. David and Terry Chaney were married on June 18, 1976 through 2002. They welcomed three beautiful boys into their lives. Joshua David in 1978, Jonathan David in 1981, and Brock David in 1984. Dave and Terry built their lives in Loveland where they were active in the community, at Grace Community Church and Faith Evangelical church, and had a busy life with their boys. Dave worked for Kodak and Carestream for 44 years, most recently as their Maintenance Planner. He was planning to retire in August and looked forward to more adventures in the next stage of his life. Dave loved God, the mountains, riding his motorcycle, spending time with his girlfriend, Denise, and his friends, a good whiskey and cigar, and most importantly, he loved making memories with his sons, family, and grandkids. He was an involved and engaged dad and grandpa. He never missed a sports game, Jiu Jitsu or dance competition, band or choir concert, or any other momentous occasion in his grandkids lives. He enjoyed skiing with his sons and grandsons, a good golf game with his boys, fishing excursions and every year he took his granddaughters to The Nutcracker where he snuck them twizzlers. There were hockey games and baseball games and country concerts and trips to the family cabin. He loved his family and he loved them well. Dave is survived by his mother, Genny Glover, his sons Josh and wife, Maryna, Jon and wife, Jennifer, and Brock and wife, Holly, his grandchildren Devyn (15), Hudson (13), Reagan (11), Ashlynn (9), Landon (7), Hadley (6), Ashton (5), Ryker (2), and Karina (1), his brother, Gary Glover and sister-in-law, Kara, and his sister, Pam Bruns, and brother-in-law Scott, as well as numerous extended family members. Dave is preceded in death by his dad, Bud Glover, and sister, Carolann.
