Joe was a good friend of mine. He died in his sleep in March 2022 at age 60. He was a graduate of Penn State University and went on to obtain an MBA from Drexel University. After living in Old City in Philadelphia for many years, he moved to the New Jersey shore, where he founded a consulting business that provided comptroller services to small businesses.
