Growing up with you as my friend was the best. Making movies in your backyard or skiing behind my boat. You were a true friend. You would come to my church picnics every year, even though you were Jewish. You would join in the watermelon eating contest and even man the coke trailer serving drinks. I dated Billy for a time. We went steady and he gave me a ring. I kept it for so many years, 30 or more years. I was able to mail that ring to his niece, who was his namesake. It was a wonderful conclusion.
