Erma Jean Galloway, 17, of 3006 E 18 1/2 Street, daughter of Odessa Galloway and Naomi Conner, died in an auto accident on Saturday, May 18, 1974. Services were held at McCallum High School. Erma was born on December 23, 1956, in Austin and laid to rest at the historic Burdett Prairie Cemetery in Montopolis, Travis County.

Guy was born in Austin, TX on October 25, 1955. Guy was the middle son of Frank and Betty Giesen of Austin. He graduated from McCallum High School in 1974 where he was active in sports. He married his high school sweetheart and the love of his life, Dona Blomquist Giesen, on August 31, 1974. Shortly after graduation, Guy began his apprenticeship in the ceramic tile industry where he excelled and continued to hone his skills throughout his 49 year career.
