Sue Bolich Woodall

Susan Ann Bolich passed away on October 4, 2016, in Spokane after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Sue was born to Philip and Joan Bolich of Mead, Washington, the youngest of four children. She grew up on Peone Prairie and graduated from Mead High School. She then went on to graduate from Eastern Washington University. After college she joined the U.S. Army and served in Military Intelligence and as a platoon leader. After leaving military service she moved to Deer Park,Washington and began her writing career. Her fertile imagination and creative writing skills led to the fulfillment of her life-long dream of publishing her stories and books for others to enjoy. Sue is survived by her siblings: Connie Torgerson (Bob), Dennis Bolich (LaDena) and Sherrie Elliott (Ken),several cousins as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of Sue’s life on Saturday, October 29, 2016, at Foothills Community Church, 11102N. Forker Road, Spokane, WA. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation or The Cancer Research Institute.
