Passed away at his home in Hawaii. At his side was Roland and their pugs, Gracie and George. Phil was born in Spokane, WA to AI and Betty Kenyon. After graduating from Mead High School, the big city lights of Seattle would lure him away and become his home. Phil worked his way through nursing school. It was a perfect career from him because of his quiet and gentle nature. Phil loved to travel, Paris was one of his special places. He also loved to collect art work, cook, oil paint, shop thrift stores and a great glass of wine. When Phil decided to retire in August 2015, it's off to Hawaii, sun, sandy beaches great sunsets and just be free! Phil is survived by his spouse, Roland Boyd. Brothers, Lonnie (Marilyn) Olympia, Robert (Donna) and Scott (Trish) of Spokane. Sisters, Kitty (Ken) Hitt, Spokane, Lucy (Ernie) Patty, Ellensburg and Mary Lou (Ken) Smett, Keaau, HI. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Spokane.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Seattle, WA at 4226 N.# 8, 73rd St., April 29th, from 2-5pm.
