When it comes to leading the team,  Scott is the kind of person who rolls up his sleeves, jumps in without hesitation, and keeps everyone smiling along the way. So, it’s no surprise that he’s the one to saddle up for a wild ride—all in support of a great cause.

Our fearless mill manager is swapping his steel-toes for spurs and taking on the mechanical bull, raising funds (and maybe a few eyebrows) for charity. He might be calm under pressure at work, but don’t be fooled—he’s got a wild side when it comes to rallying the team and giving back.
