Retired after 35 years in the motion picture & television industry which also included episodic TV shows, major motion pictures & not so major motion pictures, commercials, music videos & live events. Mainly behind camera as a Key Grip, second unit key grip, Rigging key grip. best boy, dolly grip , camera crane operator, camera bike and a speciality camera vehicle operator . Performed in front of camera as a stunt person and also as precision driver. Was able to survive an industry that will mentally & physically take your life if you let it. Lived in Los Angeles area , Big island of Hawaii (Waikoloa), sold Hawaii and now live near Denali National Park ( Healy , Alaska ) Avid motorcycle rider adventure bike & touring bike around the United States , Europe & snowmobile riding ( snowmachining ) here in Alaska. | Tell us a bit about yourself: After Mills worked full time as state licensed mechanic for 2 years. Joined Teamsters and drove trucks for a year. Went to CSM and completed Machine Tool Technology degree as full time student. Worked at first job for 31 years as CNC programmer in San Carlos. Next job worked as a civilian contractor for DOD working on classified projects for the military at a company in Menlo Park for 6 years and retired. Met a girl from San Francisco while vacationing in Puerto Vallarta in 1987 with Dean Chandler and was engaged two weeks after we met. Married 36 years now and living in Redwood City. | |

After 6 beautiful years in CA, it was back to Germany for me. Everything worked out fine!!! Been retired now since 2008. ;-) I would have liked to attend, it is just to far away. After spending 33 years in planes, I don't really like flying as a passenger!! Enjoying my 2 PORSCHE old timers though... ;-) Enjoy the party!!!! |
