Luther “Luke” Davis Noah, Jr. November 25, 1962 - March 9, 2011 He is survived by daughter, Alicia Noah; granddaughter, Danica Noah; sisters, Rebecca Cooper and Judy Roach and husband, Jim; nephew, Jimmy Roach and wife, Sabrina; and niece, Jennifer Reagan and husband, Matt. He was preceded in death by, parents, Luther Noah, Sr. and Blanche Noah. Luke, or "Taco" as he was known to me in 7th grade, was my best friend in junior high, high school and roommates our freshman year at OU. He got me interested in law enforcement while at OU and I changed my major and career path. After that year I was married and Luke and I did not see each other much the following years, I regret that. Luke was a good friend gone to soon.
