Obituary for Kevin P. Kissick

FORTVILLE – Kevin P. Kissick, age 57, of Fortville, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at his residence. He was born on January 15, 1958 in Indianapolis, IN as the son of Frank E. and Sally E. (Knuckles) Kissick. He graduated from Northwest High School in 1976.

Kevin retired from GM after working there for 27 years. Mr. Kissick was a member of Fortville Church of the Nazarene. He enjoyed spending time with his family and grandkids.

Kevin is survived by his mother, Sally Kissick; two daughters, Lauren Kissick of Indianapolis and Erin (Tom) Aldredge of Pendleton; three grandchildren, Carter, Evan, and Addison; wife; Teresa Kissick of Kentucky; Melany Walden, who he considered his 3rd daughter; sister, Karen Kissick; two brothers, John (Kristi) Kissick and Joe (Brenda) Kissick both of Indianapolis; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Kissick.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 30, 2015, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 124 E. Staat Street, Fortville, IN 46040. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at Fortville Church of the Nazarene, 701 S Maple St, Fortville, IN 46040. Pastor Phil Edwards will be officiating.
