California Death Index says he passed in Los Angeles CA on 02/28/1993, while the Social Security Death Index says passed 02/15/1993 with last known address in Columbia Falls MT (both SS#'s the same).
I met David in 10th grade. I didn't know him well, mostly just from hanging out with my boyfriend and his friends at the Senior Pond, but David was always nice to me. I'm so sorry he was taken so soon. : (
