Pat passed away in Corbett OR in hospice care.

Jay Arthur Worman

2010-07-30

Jay was in a helicopter crash in August of 1996 in ID, which left him with spinal fracture & internal injuries & was thereafter wheelchair bound. He was able to enjoy the Friday night event of our 35th Reunion. On July 29, 2010 he went in to a coma from pneumonia & had a heart attack & passed the next day.
