Comment: I loved being a Parkette (1975, 1976).  The friendships I made are life-long.  The opportunity to cheer at Vikings games was incredible.  And the other dance opportunities -- Minnesota State Fair, numerous parades and SLP basketball games -- were wonderful.  My twin sister and I started out as Park Petites and both became Parkettes -- how fun to be able to experience this with my best friend!
